Founded by David Piper in 2009, Pro2Pro has grown into a trusted partner for companies who need to move fast, from prototype to production. Based in Telford, we specialise in rapid prototyping, low-volume production, and advanced manufacturing support across industries including automotive, medical, consumer products, aerospace, and defence.

Pro2Pro reflects the personality of its founder, David Piper: practical, direct, and focused on results.
Dave began his career in model making, working across automotive, entertainment, and architectural projects. He developed hands-on expertise with both traditional processes such as vacuum casting, CNC machining, and RIM, as well as cutting-edge 3D printing technologies, long before they were mainstream.
When asked what Pro2Pro does, Dave’s answer is as straightforward as the way he runs the business:
“We help get a product to market more quickly, or prove a concept design with the shortest lead time possible. We also specialise in short-run production manufacturing.”
That philosophy still drives Pro2Pro today. By intelligently combining different technologies, Dave built a company that can take a part from design validation through to one-off, 100-off, or even 20,000-off production, all under one roof.
From humble beginnings, Pro2Pro has grown into a 30,000 sq. ft. facility with specialist kit, a team of skilled engineers, and a reputation for delivering when it matters most. Whether it is a full dashboard for a new vehicle, a precision jig or fixture, or a complex prototype that no one else could make, Dave and the team thrive on turning ambitious ideas into real-world parts.
